class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>rev\u00eatement par laser<\/strong>, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de <strong>d\u00e9p\u00f4t m\u00e9tallique laser<\/strong> (LMD) ou <strong>d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie directe<\/strong> (DED), utilise des poudres d&rsquo;alliage m\u00e9tallique ou des fils m\u00e9talliques pour am\u00e9liorer les surfaces des composants m\u00e9talliques.<\/p><p>Le processus de <strong>rev\u00eatement par laser<\/strong> utilise un faisceau laser pour cr\u00e9er un bain de fusion sur un substrat m\u00e9tallique. Le mat\u00e9riau de rev\u00eatement en poudre est transport\u00e9 par un gaz inerte \u00e0 travers une buse \u00e0 poudre dans le bain de fusion.<\/p><p>Les optiques laser et la buse \u00e0 poudre sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce pour d\u00e9poser des pistes uniques, des couches compl\u00e8tes ou m\u00eame des accumulations de grande envergure.<\/p><p>Cela permet d\u2019obtenir les avantages suivants :<\/p><ul><li>Faible zone affect\u00e9e par la chaleur (HAZ).<\/li><li>Faible dilution [2] avec le substrat (environ 5%), ce qui donne de meilleures propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de rev\u00eatement.<\/li><li>Liaisons m\u00e9tallurgiques, ce qui conduit \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance aux chocs maximale.<\/li><li>Faible apport de chaleur, ce qui entra\u00eene une d\u00e9formation n\u00e9gligeable.<\/li><li>Haute fiabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 du processus.<\/li><li>Haute efficacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9p\u00f4t [3] en travaillant avec des mat\u00e9riaux en poudre (80-95%).<\/li><li>Grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;options de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/li><\/ul><p>Parall\u00e8lement, le mat\u00e9riau de remplissage sous forme de poudre ou de fil est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la zone du bain de fusion, fond, et forme un rev\u00eatement sur la surface du mat\u00e9riau de base.<\/p><p>Comme le processus se d\u00e9roule lors du mouvement d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce ou de la t\u00eate de travail, nous cr\u00e9ons des soi-disant cordons de soudure de taille d\u00e9finie sur la surface (la largeur \u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9gale dans les applications de rev\u00eatement, en raison des raisons majeures suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>Le <strong>rev\u00eatement laser haute vitesse<\/strong> offre une efficacit\u00e9 de traitement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Une pr\u00e9cision de traitement sup\u00e9rieure.<\/li><li>Des co\u00fbts de traitement futurs r\u00e9duits.<\/li><li>Une quantit\u00e9 minimale d&rsquo;apport thermique \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce, ce qui peut r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9formation de la pi\u00e8ce, parmi d&rsquo;autres avantages.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le processus de d\u00e9p\u00f4t <strong>EHLA<\/strong> (Application laser haute vitesse extr\u00eame) ou <strong>HSLC<\/strong> (Rev\u00eatement laser haute vitesse) est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement novateur invent\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Institut allemand de technologie laser <strong>Fraunhofer ILT<\/strong>, qui a montr\u00e9 un potentiel pour \u00eatre disruptif dans la production de rev\u00eatements \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, en tant que technologie verte, capable de haute vitesse, de grande efficacit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle et de faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p><p><strong>EHLA \/ HSLC<\/strong> peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards aux nouvelles et anciennes technologies de rev\u00eatement concurrentes, tant en tant que proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement qu&rsquo;en termes de performance et de caract\u00e9ristiques des rev\u00eatements r\u00e9sultants pour la protection contre les environnements corrosifs, abrasifs, \u00e9rosifs et
